BFBS Radio

NFF, the Naval Families Federation, works from Castaway House in Portsmouth. The Federation has been set up to give Royal Navy and Royal Marine families an independent voice.

RAFA
The RAF Association (RAFA) is a membership organisation of serving and former members of the Royal Air Force, their families and dependants and all those supporting the aims of the Association. The Association provides help and advice, assistance, comradeship and, where required, welfare and care for the whole RAF family.
RAF Benevolent Fund
The Royal Air Force Benevolent Fund provides financial and practical assistance to anyone who is serving, or has ever served in the RAF, and their partners and dependants too.
RAF Club
The Royal Air Force Club was founded in 1918 as a place where serving and ex-serving officers could meet, and in 1922 it was formally opened by HRH The Duke of York.

Seafarers UK
Seafarers UK is the new name for King George’s Fund for Sailors, which has been helping seafarers since 1917. It is an umbrella organisation that awards grants to other maritime charities.
St Dunstan’s

South Atlantic Medal Association
The South Atlantic Medal (1982) is the official name of the medal awarded to almost 30,000 service men and women - and civilians - who took part in the campaign to free the Falkland Islands. SAMA(82) is their Association.
SSAFA Forces Help
At Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Families Association (SSAFA) Forces Help, we provide support for the serving men and women in today’s Armed Forces and for those who have served - even if it was only for a single day. We also care for the needs of their families and dependants.
The Royal Navy Benevolent Trust
All those who are serving, or have served as Warrant Officers or below in the Royal Navy or as other ranks in the Royal Marines, are eligible to apply for assistance, as are their wives, husbands, widows, widowers and dependant children. The Royal Naval Benevolent Trust exists to serve them by supporting them at times of need throughout their lives.

The Royal Air Force Community
RAFCOM is a website which provides information and communication facilities to everyone in the wider RAF Community. As well as comprehensive and detailed information to assist RAF personnel, the site offers forums, email and a chat facility to all registered users.
Veterans’ Agency
In April 2007, the Ministry of Defence created a new brand for services to veterans – Veterans-UK. Veterans-UK will be the single brand or banner covering a variety of different veterans services provided by a range of different organisations. It will form a single point for accessing information.
Victory Services Club
The Victory Services Club is a Tri-Service, All Ranks Members' Club for serving and retired members of the Armed Forces, ideally located at Marble Arch in the heart of London's West End.
